These details are placeholders and must be replaced with the real controller details before putting the service into production, opening it to the public, or monetizing it.

Purpose

AutoClip is a tool for creating and managing short videos, creative prototypes, voices, scripts, visual clips, and generation history.

Access is allowed for people over 14. Anyone under that age may only use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Permitted Use

Users must use the service in accordance with the law, these legal terms, and third-party rights.

AutoClip may not be used to generate illegal, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party copyright, trademarks, privacy, image, voice, or intellectual property rights.

Impersonation, use of third-party voices without permission, and creation of misleading deepfakes are also prohibited.

User Content

Users keep any rights they hold over the content they enter into or create with the platform.

Users declare that they have sufficient permissions over prompts, text, voices, trademarks, images, videos, music, clips, or any material they use on the platform.

AutoClip may process that content as necessary to provide the service, generate outputs, keep history, resolve incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

Third Parties

The service may integrate with providers such as Hostinger, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Pexels, and Stripe. Use of those providers may be subject to their own terms.

Users must review and comply with third-party terms when connecting their own credentials, especially in the case of ElevenLabs.

Future Monetization

If paid plans are activated, specific commercial terms will be shown: price, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds, billing, and support.

Payments will be processed by an external payment provider. AutoClip should not store full card details.

Liability

AutoClip is provided with reasonable means, but it does not guarantee continuous availability, total absence of errors, or that generated results will be suitable for any specific purpose.

Users are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it and ensuring that it complies with applicable regulations, social platform rules, and third-party rights.
